Day 1 (08'th May) – Depart from Mumbai by Rajdhani/ August Kranti/ Paschim express. Overnight Train Journey.
 
Day 2 - Arrive at Delhi and Transfer to Hotel (Multiple Sharing Basic A/c Rooms). Lunch. Evening take a Volvo A/c bus to Manali. Overnight Bus Journey. Dinner enroute on ur own (595 Kms - 14 Hrs).
 
Day 3 -  Arrival at the Solang Valley Camp Retreat (2480 Mts, 8136 Feet), 13 kms uphill drive from The Manali Mall & check into your Deluxe Tents (Swiss Cottage deluxe tents with a bedroom & attached bath). After freshening up & a sumptuous breakfast gear up for a trekking expedition to The Anjani Mahadev Natural Shivling - 4 hours. This trek takes you past the Solang meadow into a wide expanse alongside river Beas to the most ethereal & mystical of all experiences. The Shivling here is made naturally by snow (in winter months) & in summers has a grand waterfall falling over it thus making the parikrama as holy & sublime as possible. Return for lunch at the campsite. Evening bonfire & games like Antakshari, passing the parcel, dumb charades etc. followed by dinner at the camp retreat. (B, L, D)
 
Day 4 - After Breakfast proceed for a Half day Trek to Phatru or Dhundi. Lunch at the Campsite. Evening Free (B, L, D)
 
Day 5 - Early Morning depart for a Full Day trip to Rohtang pass. Enjoy skiing with experienced instructors and indulge in Snow Scootering, Snow Mobiling (OPTIONAL). Arrive back for Lunch at The campsite. Overnight at Solang. (B, L, D)
 
Day 6 - Adventure Sports Activity Day
ROCK CLIMBING, RAPPELLING, RIVER CROSSING & TREK TO THE WATERFALL,
Post breakfast indulge in sporty activities like rock climbing, river crossing & rappelling with your trained instructors. Post lunch after a little relaxation off to the lovely trek to the Solang Waterfall. We cross the river 3 times, followed by a steep climb to the Picturesque Solang Village. From here on it's a steep climb with lovely views of the valley some 11,000 feet below to the hidden Solang Waterfall. The adventurous ones can take a bath at the natural plunge pool of the waterbed. Dinner. (B, L, D)
 
Day 7 - ADVENTURE SPORTS EXPOSURE TO ZORBING and Manali Sightseeing
Post breakfast enjoy the sport of Zorbing which involves one to be strapped inside a huge transparent ball & rolled off the grass meadows. Later sightseeing of Manali which includes Hadimba Temple, Van Vihar & Monastary. Souvenir shopping at the Mall Road.
 
Day 8 –  After Breakfast proceed for Tent pitching. Evening is time for a cricket match between the teams followed by a drama/dance presentation by the teams during the bonfire session. Dinner & overnight at the Solang Valley Camp Retreat. 
 
Day 9 - Depart for Delhi after Lunch by A/c Volvo. Dinner enroute. Overnight Bus Journey
 
Day 10 - Arrive at Manali and Transfer to the Hotel at Delhi. Depart by your respective Trains for Mumbai. Overnight Train Journey. 

Day 11 (18'th May) - Arrive In Mumbai at 1015 Hrs (10.15 am)

Any extra costs incurred due to extension / change of the itinerary due to natural calamities, flight
delays, road blocks, vehicle breakdown etc. and factors beyond the control of Escapades India and their associates

Note - :
1) Refunds will be at the sole discretion of Escapades if the trip is cancelled due to political upheavals/ natural calamities/ terrorist attacks or any other reasons 
2) Delays are expected on account of roadblock & weather conditions. Our effort will be to continue with the trip as per the schedule & make you as comfortable as possible. But in such situations we may have to compromise on the campsite / hotels & adjust to these situations then & there.
3) The itinerary should be viewed as ideal & we may have to make some spot changes due to various reasons.
4) The distances & altitude mentioned in the above itinerary are to the best of our knowledge & information; marginal variance in the actual distances & altitudes is possible.

Less than 30 days before departure – No refund
30 days before departure of batch – 50 % deduction of total charges
60 days before departure of batch – 30 % deduction of total charges

Clothing
Should include combination of cotton clothing and winter wear, long sleeves t-shirts, full cotton pants, shorts, adequate pair of socks and undergarments.
Woolens : Should include a full sleeves warm sweater, shawl, mittens, woolen socks, windcheater or a warm jacket.
Rainwear : Should be a good jacket to keep away the rain and a raincoat or poncho to offer more resistance.
Napkin/ Thin Towel
Torch with spare batteries (compulsory) (Not pencil torches)
1 or 2 litre Water Bottle
Good Sports shoes with rubber soles and having good grip
Extra pair of footwear can be sandals or floaters
Pen & Diary
Personal Medicines (should compulsory include Band-aid, Soframycin)

Sun glasses/ Cap/ Insect repellant
Cosmetics : Should include cold cream, sun blocks, lip balm, liquid soap for hands and face, bathing and washing soaps, foot powder, toothbrush, toothpaste.
Spare waterproof covers / large plastic bags

Optional items can include camera, binoculars, etc. 
 
Note :
All belongings have to be accommodated in one rucksack only.
Things in the rucksack must be packed in separate waterproof bags or plastic bags to avoid wetness penetrating the bag.
Day sack can carry daily needs while trekking / sight seeing, such as extra clothing, sweater, water bottle, torch, money etc) 
How to Register
Download the enrollment form from our website, fill it up alongwith ur signature and either courier the form to us or scan it and mail it to us.
 
How to Make Payment -
1) Make a cash payment at our Office
2) We can send someone to collect the payment to ur office/ residence at an extra cost of Rs 100 /- per pick-up
 
Pls Inform us as soon as you make the payment.
