Training Goals

Adventure Learning achieves the following goals: In consultation with you, we will tailor programs that aim to meet different training goals.

Keeping the above goals in perspective we design the outdoor training programs for two major areas namely professional development and personal development.

Professional Development: These programs are designed to bring out the best in each member of the organization. Some of the areas that we emphasize on are:

Method of Training

We use the outdoors as a vehicle for learning, where the learning is real with real successes and failures, and only genuine input will achieve lasting results. Some of the tools we use are:

5. Outdoor Adventure Activities – such as rock climbing, abseiling, rafting, search and rescue scenarios, and many more.

Extracting learnings from the training

Four steps are involved in maximizing the benefits from the program

• Pre-Program Assessment: Communication to us in regard to your work environment, demographics of the group and the exact learnings you require for the group. This would include a location selection and available time span for the program.
  
  
• Program Design: Refinement and design of the entire program in line with the program assessment, location and time frame. Our highly trained and experienced facilitators and operations personnel work jointly in designing the program.
  
  
• Training Program and Post-Program Evaluation: Meeting your objectives through a combination of indoor and outdoor games and adventure activities. Extraction of the learnings is done through the training program (between games and activities) and also on the completion of the program. Our facilitators all of whom are highly experienced in management training, human resources issues, personnel management and business strategy highlight the learnings that can be drawn from the games.

2) Ms Hetal Kothari – Fees - Approx – Rs 12500 – Rs 25000 /- per day

A Post Graduate in marketing and finance from Wigan & Leigh College (U.K.) University and an ID CERTIFIED trainer since 2001. Having trained 10000+ people from various industries like IT, BPO, PHARMA, BANKING, RETAIL etc. a lot of experience have come her way. This experience ranges from training entry level to senior management level in Voice & Accent, Soft Skills, Behavioral Skills and Technical Skills.

She is CERTIFIED for BULLET PROOF MANAGER training, which has helped her to conduct trainings for middle management and above with ease. Her programs are equipped with adult learning styles and include a lot of activities, role plays, real time scenarios and case studies.  She is well versed with her concepts & knowledge which gives her 100% return in client & employee satisfaction.

Her expertise lies in Behavioral, Soft Skills, Sales and Customer Service as she started he career with sales & marketing. Been in the customer service industry for these many years her trainings always focus on customer satisfaction, client servicing & after sales service. She has been a key trainer with ICICI Prudential for training their new hires on Concept Selling with basic 5 steps of selling. Her training style is with a combination of practical learning with theoretical concept, which helps her participants to impalement their learning immediately. She works on only one methodology of training which is self realization for development.

Training location possibilities

One of the principal benefits of outdoor management programs is that the training is conducted outside the confines of the office. With Escapades, you will find endless possibilities as to where we can conduct the training program.

Choose from adventure campsites on the outskirts of Mumbai, cool beach resorts on the western coast, cottages in the midst of national parks teeming with wildlife or panoramic campsites in the Himalayas. For weekend programs we suggest resorts or campsites in locations such as Matheran, Kolad, Goa, Ganapatipule, Panchgani, each offering unique surroundings for the programs. For longer programs, the exotic factor can be raised to locations such as Kodaikanal, rafting camps in Rishikesh, fishing camps on the banks of the Cauvery, national parks in Dandeli (Karnataka), Ranthambore (Rajasthan) or heritage hotels in enchanting Rajasthan.
